We’re talking Hot Wings, Caramelized Onion Dip, Shrimp Po’Boys, beer, and oh yeah… football! Chef Anthony serves up three appetizers just in time for all those Super Bowl parties. Discover the 18th-century inspiration behind his Po’Boys and find out what makes his wings “historic.”
